why would they when the statement clearly says that have some strict conditions to be met.
Some big institutionals bough in yesterday probably try to maintain sp so they can off load slowly.
very high risks for sp to collapse. Best scenario, sp go to $2.25 offer price.
If it goes down, it goes down more than 30%.
LYC been trading around $1.6 since December.
