Problem is going to be so many shares on issue and much more coming. What price the CR at guess will be sub 1 cent ? If it is to lower they will have to increase the in specie for KGD which currently stands @ 1 KGD share = 2.55 GPR share (150 million shares at this stage) . To me if you can get KGD it's a way of getting two for one Buy KGD and end up with KGD and GPR . In saying that no liquidity in KGD .. Good Luck and DYOR
