Nice concept, except details of how any reorganisation / consolidation /spin off have not been released yet.
The only cash KGD may get is that which GPR might provide, and GPR only had $3mil at 30 Dec......
The latest shareholders to bale out did it after the FY17accounts were restated and released last week. Reread auditors going concern comments in Annual report.
Dilution will smother small holders if consolidation doesn't. Good gold hits are needed now, and drilling doesn't appear to be part of the plan
