I had a quick chat to Victor at Techknow in Sydney. When I asked him about South Africa he believed a deal would be forthcoming but would take another month or 2. The South Africans are working hard at trying to extract a good deal from CPV so it is still a work in progress.The Middle East negotiations went a lot more smoothly. He's also off to Germany again in a few weeks so hopefully we'll see some positive news from that trip towards the end of April.
