    Whats the story with Magna - just competed recent draw downs at .4c and now immediately after a .2c CR

    Same as directors loan - converted into shares

    Same as recent CR's well above .2c

    IMO

    Difficult situation and decision whether to buy more - with over 60% of the share registry having an acquisition price of .2c going forward after this CR
