Good idea the trouble is LYC don't have the cash, only with WES deep pocket they can do that and WES know that too so
LYC is backed into a corner at a moment, the best outcome is they get license renew, I don't want to see the ugly side of the license isn't renew, cos they don't have the cash to build a second plant for a while yet
