There's plenty of industrial lots much bigger than that in Kwinana. But I wouldn't be surprised if BOC Gasses become one of our partners and provide assistance with property to develop Hazer's operations into the commercial phase. It makes sense logistically considering BOC have a big interest in continuing their LNG developments and no doubt will want to be a key player in anything to do with hydrogen which not only helps improve their LNG sales but also gets them in the front door with the upcoming cash cow market of hydrogen. Don't forget Kevin Peakman from BOC is a member of Hazer's Science Advisory Committee.
