Who wants a yield of 4.6% when the bank pays over 8% for 12 months bank bills. And who wants a measly yield like that if yourproperty will fall in value. And what are the repayments on a 450k loan...lets say around $800 a week and you get $400 a week rent lol. Then add on rates insurance water wear and tear and bad tennants.
