Putting the thing into C/M when Cu is moving higher is a bad move IMO they would be better to put $20m into it than spend that on C/M cost .. April sounds about right with the cashflow decisions
Just raise $25m at .25c with options EX 2021 at 40c and get the thing done !
The options would enable a successful raising IMO
