yes there will be a capital raising assuming they find a suitable technology. and they will definitely have a share consolidation at the same time. it is a bit digital at the moment jumping up and down by 20% at a time, so this is a welcome thing.

to be honest the largest concern I have for the company going forwards is that PVD will continue to agitate, and potentially scare off any potential product owners. this would be a real shame. hopefully they will now sit back and just let things unfold. if there is no new direction announced within six months then by all means have another go, but for now don't torpedo our chances of a company reboot.

if it wasn't for the risk of the unknown reaction from PVD and them still having orders in place (presumably it is them) I would be probably be backing up the truck right now...
