i must admit i didnt apply for the shares, but have just bought $9 thou worth on market at 11c,i believe in the company, but ponder this. what would the share price have done if all the shares were not taken up and no investors stepped in, confidence would be even be lower and they may have dropped evan more.if you could get shares below traded value, and still not may took them up what does that say about the price, should be below 11.5c so 8,9,10 whatever. if you were selling something and you new it was not going to be a winner and you believe in the company prospects you get that money and offer options if that is what is needed, ok i would be upset not getting what everyone else did, but i believe it could have been so much worse,
but what would i know
