No way. Why do you think they released their fancy video? IMO, it was because the anns are running late and instead of informing the expectant market they go for a (rather ineffective) SP sop.
If anns are late, it means very little. It is not a bus timetable. It is biotech research and things can take shorter or longer than expected - usually longer. Just means SP suffers a bit of stress.
