in my understanding they have lost the resolution 3 because the new shares from the placement couldn't vote, btw that would be the results with all the other resolutions before the placement. 63% to 37%. That means they cant do another capital raise and dilute us further. Are we stuck forever now, because PVD doesn't seem like giving up and selling.
