This one needs a new fresh positive announcement to get it moving, not just a rehash of old news which has been the case for ages. Also its not a mainstream commodity so does not attract general market attention, only those looking for specific exposure. Their cash burn rate is pretty high, spending $800,000 a quarter on admin seems a bit over the top for a tiny little outfit that has no cashflow nor any hopes of it any time soon.
