now we know why the company has been quiet....
interesting to note that the substantial majority of the convertible notes at 1.3c (higher than current price) were subscribed to by current directors/management....
they must think that it's worth a lot more than 1.3c!!!

I always like to see directors with substantial skin in the game and to put it in at that price certainly adds some support.

I don't get why the example of 0.8c unless it's the intention of the company to do a dodgy- issue a few shares at 1c so they can issue lower at 0-.8c??? is that the reading or is it them being stupid and confusing us all with info that won't happen....
