I would point out that the sale of Derma was only completed a couple of months ago so maybe 3 years is a stretch. Maybe 2 months is not long enough for anything meaningful.
I can't back up what I was told with hard evidence of course but I think it would be prudent to let the bread finish baking before dismissing it entirely. Dismissal out of hand every time something comes from the board is somewhat infantile and rather irrelevant.
