we are all reading this as an agreement has been made, but could it possibly be about the non-binding offtake agreement with Ruifu and it falling through?
obviously I hope not, and to be honest I don’t think It is...but I’m not gonna get excited until I know for sure.
like I said, I’ve been blindsided by trading halts before.
