Why would the management want to do anything more than currently? Their paychecks are not affected by the share price. They hold little to no shares in the company so it doesn't matter what happens to sp.
P/B ratio is 0.5 so someone is pushing down the sp to push their agenda.
Meanwhile I and others get to pick up some cheap shares.
