I am starting to worry about the FBR business management.I hope I am wrong.
The leasing of the new premises and ramp up of employment has many of us excited as believe they would not be stupid enough to do this without a proven product and commercial deals in place.Ie it implies that both are a done deal, 100% confidence that it will happen soon.
We by inference of FBR spending believe FBR are about to announce a big deal , I hope so!
Normally you would do this after proving conclusively the technology and complete the 10 builds , with a deal with BW , starting a pilot with weinberger and some progress with KSA.
This spending on hiring people and leasing bigger premises would compliment that.
Right now FBR are burning money on expectation , that could have been delayed until the right time.Its pioneering stuff and lots of potential road blocks before they get there which need money
Unfortunately many businesses have failed or got into trouble by spending capital unnecessarly and not on the right things and the right timing.
