The announcement was pre-empted, however was never made official. Jeff as CEO and Wes as chairman, both are passionate and the right individuals to turn the business. I would expect the director update to come through over the next 2 weeks.

Once all details are in place, I believe the current board will be far more transparent and be able to deliver meaningful announcements. Patience is required however all is not lost.
