On what basis can you say that the statement "there is no planned capital raising with the London listing" is "knowingly false".

Knowningly false means you have knowledge to prove your claim. By putting a IMO after this statement
you negate the "knowing" in your statement unless you are refering to JW making knowingly false statements in which case that is only an opinion but a serious opinion and allegation that he is misleading the market.

If there is a raising soon after the listing and not as part of the listing then that would be consistent with what we have been told. In anycase we have been told that the listing will occur in May which is after the end of the March quarter and after we get the March quarterly so we will have more information on the progress of the company before then to make our decisions from.
