I have been told he will take up his full entitlement which is somewhere between 160k to 200k. It ain't that easy coming up with surplus cash, mortgage, family etc.
Have to be realistic people with expectations as you don't get a lot of time to get things in financial order to participate. Many investors wouldnt have the cash to participate even 5k so why have undue expectations on management. I'm up for the tune of approx 22k -25k and have to do some serious re-shuffling for that.
