At this point we don't know if the deadline was missed or not. My view is that just because we didn't get announcement yesterday it doesn't preclude that the EIA is not complete.
I expect we will get an announcement on Monday.
Given that will be a year next Friday from when the EIA was first announced, what's one more day?
