Chayanne: "Only a matter of time before Kaboom!".
Chayanne/others: JIMHO: AVL will only go "Kaboom" IF (or hopefully WHEN) the important ISSUE of the financing of the mine will be sorted out. This could come soon or in the quite distant future perhpas.... So, it may TAKE quite a LOT of time and therefore the shareprice is at those lows for some obvious reasons (again: JIMHO).
Time will tell how SOON (or NOT so soon?) that FINANCING ISSUE will be solved.
