Yep ST the US started, UK and EZ followed now OZ looks to take a hit.

I saw a four bedroom red brick home in Sydney being auctioned and bidded for 1.2mil the other day on tv with a little italian couple that owned it!

Something has gotta give......


Centro has some good assets also some bad debts. I am on the fence ATM with Centro after the banks grabbed more security for a DEC finish.

Hopefully they have sold off a couple of billion of assets cause thats what its going take.
