Yes I'm quite familiar with the stated timelines vs actual achieved dates. My point, however, is that the real start date for SH to be counting date from was the date of the mandate execution. From this this point forward, it's hard to argue that we're behind schedule. Getting to that point did take a lot longer than expected but it's done so you need to reset your expectations now. No point dwelling on the past when the future is so much brighter.
