Does anyone else get the feeling that they are close to or maybe have reached an agreement on a licensing deal? This update we are waiting for might actually be the long awaited licensing deal that the old leaders said was imminent a few years ago. Stranger things have happened eh. The current market cap would certainly be way under valued if we get a deal or even if the market thinks the military deal becomes a sure bet.
