I was lucky with 21% gain as I entered PLS again at a lower point a couple of months ago. I notice that even a sharp gain on a company that is hugely successful and profitable with break neck growth like WTC could not sustain. So, the massive pop for PLS a few days back looked unsustainable for a company that is still trying to business when there is so much talk about oversupply and heavy capital requirements. I like how PLS as company execute their strategies. I hold GXY as well and I should have sold it when it rallied on a settlement of a contract. It was quickly sold off as well. I feel this market is now very suspicious of risky stocks. It seems logical to take profit when there is a chance and come back later. I feel that the shorts might not be a big factor in this pull back. They might have been responsible for the sharp rise at the beginning of the rally but now now.

ASX all ord is hitting resistance as it is getting close to 6400. US markets are getting to nearly all time high again. We still have a US China trade war problem. Europe is in a very sluggish state. I feel that PLS will pull back more to just under 70c as the pulling back is so quick and so sharp with high volume. I will be patient and now looking for re-entry a little under 70c. The long term view looks good for PLS.
