to any dh that thinks a tpg/vodafone merger is not good for tls,look at that way the accc held tpg's hand as tpg grew its to its 26% fixed market share solely due to accc intervention at the expense of tls earnings.
With out accc intervention tpg teoh would not b regarded as the genius he is by the market,ie timing and luck and misleading ipo prospectuses is imperative /an advantage to any business.
The accc would do the same for tpg if it knocked back the merger regarding mobile dh.
