The issues we have are that NEC is a related party and we have no idea if the assets PZC are proposing to buy are worth $40 mil or 40 cents. That is, the board would benefit from an above market valuation at our expense.

Additionally current shareholders would be diluted to the shizenhousen to raise the $40mil.

I say we vote for an independent valuation before acquiring. If it comes in nowhere near $40mil send the BOD to jail
