    Yes I would expect the news came out of the contractors (hard to keep this sort of news quiet when you have a whole lot of disgruntled workers losing money because of equipment brake down), but there is no way that the company didn't know there had been major problems when it released the half yearly. If they didn't this is even more damming as it would mean they are totally clueless.
