Interesting ..I haven’t been following closely, but it looks like the Canadians have gone from being « very pleased » in Dec 2017 to very displeased in 2020 .. Does this mean they believe they let Eureka go too cheaply, or to a company that has not honoured the terms, or the spirit, of the contract ?..
