Given the hypotheticals on a US listing, it “could” come with acquisitions. A capital raising to fund an accretive acquisition and a simultaneous listing. Over the years Ron has taken over a number of companies, but the playing field is changing. Expansion is challenging when a share price is in decline, but when it is rising!!!!. Regardless, a rising share price gives the board a real currency to work with (in time).
