You hold a highly speculative resources company with no confirmed dollars yet to dig the stuff out of the ground, in a jurisdiction where corruption is rife.

If someone gets killed in a traffic accident in Indonesia, a few people lift the body to the side of the road, get a few bannana leaves to cover them and continue to go about their day.
