I must be completely bonkers; yesterday I finished buying back in
We've just finished another quarter where absolutely everything has gone in our favour!
- Fully operational manufactory with spare capacity.
- Cost-down engineering in progress.
- No product quality issues.
- Clear target market with a compelling business case for the product.
- Restructured management team have had plenty of time to settle in and get running.
- Sales team have had plenty of time to develop and refine their approaches and materials.
- Prospective customers have had plenty of time for new projects to be initiated.
I believe we should expect the commercial side of the operation to start showing signs of life. If the company can't make a go of things in such favourable circumstances then there's probably no prospect of them ever making a go of it.
Over the next 3-4 weeks or so I would like to see:
- Broad outline of sales pipeline and manufacturing volume.
- High level cost-down progress.
- Uplift in sales receipts (as distinct from rebates and subsidies)
- Uplift in net proceeds from operations (as distinct from research and development)
- Evidence of work toward resolving constraints in the domestic market.
