unforgivable

Yesterday I provided some information that was phoned through to me by a friend who attended the meeting. The feed back was disappointing but I decided to refrain from expressing my feelings yesterday.

The meeting started 15 minutes late because WB had to pick a director from the airport who by the way according to my friend contributed zero to the meeting. This, in my opinion is unforgivable. Knowing that he had an important shareholders meeting, could he (WB) have not arranged for someone else to pick up the director?

This attitude by the company appears to be typical in the way it operates. You only have to go back to the posts of a short while ago. Communication to and from the company left a lot to be desired.

I have never seen the consolidation as being good for the current share holders but others with more exerience than me think it's great. IMO with GDA it's just history repeating itself. They way it's structured, it appears to me that it's just another way of getting hold of more money.

I will not be converting my options - I will just sit on them.
