    u may well be correct this has been the case in the past.
    Several suitors dropped off crystal ticor etc etc
    all too greedy thought they would squeeze the little fella but the little fella wouldn't be squeezed.
    So if BHP were to give such guarantees--and if required---
    what kind of 'benefits' do u reckon they would want to do this little 'favour' 4 APG
