Hey, I want VRC to succeed just like anyone else, and 2 years is a long time to be patient whilst VRC tries to get the funding and get this project off the ground! But an alleged phone call, to someone who is not named, and whose role in the company is not stated, is not regarded as substantiated information! In fact HC deems this as unsubstantiated info or ramping!

VRC do not, and will not, tell investors in a phone call that the company is going badly! There is always a positive spin for the future and they have been telling us that finance for the mine is not far away, for 2 years now!If this rumour had some substance, wouldn't the sp be rising? Wouldn't there be some strong buying of VRC stock? This rumour hasn't made it to my stockbroking firm. No one in the entire building has heard of it!

Not that I want this rumour to be false either! I will be ecstatic, if and when, VRC receives the US$40m in their bank and the mining can begin!

Of course, I want the finance found as soon as possible, in fact I was totally positive, from VRC's substantiated announcements, that they were definitely going to be listing on the Tanzanian, Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange to get that funding! And in fact, I kept buying shares in VRC on that misconstrued confidence! Now we know that this funding has not eventuated!

Finding finance for a new mine is never usually easy, but Trevor has the assistance of Exotix and Mr Sugars to assist him! If the mine plan was so compelling, why hasn't it been much easier to find the funding than it has been? Why aren't investors, and particularly Chinese investors who supposedly need that Graphite, willing to put just US$40m into the project, which is also offering a supposedly generous return on investment!

I am simply putting an argument out there for debate. In my opinion, this forum should not be just a VRC worshipping centre, both sides of the story should be considered and discussed.

All that being stated, I certainly want VRC to achieve the funding and the sooner the better! The world is certainly moving towards becoming a better place with electric vehicles, solar panels and battery storage, the wonders of Graphene and the reduction in coal fired power stations!

It would be fantastic if VRC were a part of this global movement by supplying Graphite to those markets!
