2/ WES own advisors UBS put a NPV on LYC post HY at a 75c premium to WES offer, without the "condition", and discounted it just 8% with the "condition".
Anyone not searching for the Southern Aurora in the Blue Mt's would understand WES offer very limp wristed conditional at 225c. Brumbles will luv that one, BTW.
3/ Your fixation ST dollars & cents obviously obscures any understanding of the inherent advantages of building a premium around any product offering. An appreciating mkt may help enlighten you, but I doubt it.
4/ As to 48VMH, PMM rapidly being integrated into transmissions across all hybrid platforms, inevitably the most cost effective will take the greater mkt share, regardless mechanical accessories all being electrified ICE. Perhaps you'll wake up when someone puts out a pretty little chart identifying specific demand. China just slashed tardy BEV's dowry up to another 60% so doubt she'll be getting to the altar anytime soon.
