Below is an excerpt from the prospectus:

So SAS do in fact need ground control systems that I believe would no doubt need to be housed in ground stations. Where is the fund for this? None? No revenue then...

Where is the funds for this? Again, none? No revenue then...

Pretty sure everything is clear, what is there to debate?

SAS would need ground stations and end user devices. So where is the funds for all of it? How much would they cost?

@Hasty78 As for MoUs, I see all of them as obligation free. Binding? Maybe but binding for what? My comprehension suggests that the binding agreements with Beeptool, Global Sat, etc entails that:

the relevant entities only have to pay/put down deposit if they want to purchase something that SAS offers, only if they want to because they are not obliged to make any purchase. That is of course if there is anything or need to purchase in the first place. If the entities don't want to do anything then that is okay.

Do you think that is a good binding agreement? That would lead to revenue? No.

    So in my view:

The revenue potential is not guaranteed at all. I fact I see the potential very tenuous....

    Funding status is uncertain....

    Budget is uncertain....

    Schedule is uncertain....

What bank would loan millions to a company like this????
