Just re-read this announcement, not likely EIS will be submitter Q2, and even if it were to be submitted there will be comments and require resubmission. I don’t trust the timelines of the last investor presentation either. TNG need to come up with something worthwhile before EOFY or I’m out.
Waste of time / money registering trademarks and patents that TNG has no capability of policing or enforcing.
