    read ur post with respect.

    from what i know, CNP IR is abt 1.5-1.75% above bank rate which is extremely low according to my source. Coz some of the mining co. their rate is abt 3% above bank rate.

    so i just wonder what the normal bank rate is...

    i assume bank rate is higher than cash rate.
