As much as people may not like the consolidation ratio and placement price (me included!) there really is only one option here and that's to vote Yes.

Failure to do so will cause real problems with company's plans to move forward and would cause people to lose a lot of money IMO.

I don't think there is any real danger of this failing given the size of RRR's voting power for starters but i think us smaller holders need to look at this from a long term perspective.

Voice your concerns to the powers-that-be by all means but let's all be sensible here.
