There is a way to make a vote swing a particular way, but it requires attendance at the meeting.
The meeting will be held in Perth. Given that many here were not prepared to spend $40.00 on an announcement, I hardly think they will spend x hundred dollars on plane fares and accommodation plus taxis to get to the meeting. Unless of course... they already live in WA.
