IMO there’s absolutely no chance of any kind of TO in the near future. Pablo worked for FMC for years and now he has his own company. Livent are on the lookout for acquisitions and I’m sure they’ve probably had a chat with him (Livent is a spin off from FMC) but when you run your own show why would you sell out just as the success, accolades and wealth will arrive???
