My understanding is that all of the changes proposed by the RE in their letter to investors dated 13 August 2008 did not proceed. Instead of the proposed buy/sell arrangements and proposed introductions between those wanting to buy units and those wishing to sell, in November 2018, the RE offered Retail Unitholders the opportunity to withdraw at NTA, and the RE was inundated with withdrawal requests. As far as I am aware, the other proposed changes (change in investment strategy, change in fee structure, change of name) did not proceed.
