Not that steep? The discount per the announcement was 24.3% to the 10 day volume weighted average price. I think the listing rules cap the maximum discount, I may not be up to date on this but the maximum discount may be 25% to the 15 day volume weighted average price.
BGL's placement in February was a 9.8% discount to the previous close and 5.8% discount to the 10 day weighted average by way of comparison.
