I don't think so. The company was able to raise funds in the last CR and has the support of certain investors. Having said that if it came down to the wire then larger investors may demand that the CEO be replaced in return for further funds. After all if the company ran out of money then the CEO would have to go as his salary could no longer be paid. As the bear market in the battery materials sector continues there are now a number of companies in this position having collapsed to shell value.
