Action time for the gold.

“The Company is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement to the market regarding a significant transaction that is expected to enable the Company to exercise its two option agreements relating to the historic Youanmi Gold Mine.”

I don’t know much about what they’ve been cooking to get this over the line. Just $5m for
-all 1 mil oounces of jorc’d gold
-functioning plant under care and maintenance and should be in good order to allow resumption of operation
-rights to purchase acquired when gold was low and allows two fighting parties move forward with a stake in vmc- a 3 win situation

Does anyone have a guess what’s to be put out?
Is it about another party to JV with vmc?
Is it about an offtake
Is it a partial sale of the project

Possibilities are many and I don’t have any idea what the guys are up to.
If they can get this over the line and the market responds, oppies are almost assured to bring in $10m, which is twice what would be required to purchase Youanmi upfront. But it’s good to just pay the cash required and use the rest to restart the mine while waiting for valadium love to come come back.

Lots of news flow in the pipe line but I think this Youanmi gold mine starts some company making deals for vmc.
