I agree everything you said. However things are different in different cases, I am just questioning what management has done last week. I don't believe coincidence in the mutual business environment in the modern world. I guess I have the right to do that as I hold this stock since end of 2017. And I will definitely ask Jerko some questIons myself in this year's annual meeting. I know a lot of holders been admiring Jerko but what I am looking for is the SP because I don't get paid by the company, the only way I am getting paid is the capital gain. IMO a good management should not only managing day to day operations but also managing the SP, AGY's management has certainly failed that.
